This is a ways off but...

in a class...all students have laptops...they are all connected to a network via wifi, teacher clicks a button and it goes out to everyone

to prevent people on the network in other classroms getting the assignment each laptop has a gps that repots its coordinates to a server and only systems withing the geographc region that is the classroom recieves the file.

furthering this gps navigation, during the class a student would have to log into a program that limits their applications, it would not be required but doing so would result in a positve value for attendance of the class

KVM monitor

I was just thinking about all the inputs on my 2007FPW as well as the built in USB and I though...why not just make a built in KVM...a couple more USB out and mabey more than 1 VGA or DVI port and you have it, the video switch is already built in, wouldn't be hard for them to add usb to it also

Next Great Idea

So what if there was a memory card like SD...but instead of having a write protect switch...it had a switch that let you write to it but not erase it.

This would make it so someone can't accidently delete all your pictures like what happend on my last TWO vacations.
